May 4th, KABF11 Any Given Sundance

The episode starts out with Homer wanting to goto the Springfield Football stadium early in the day. Lisa remarks that the game doesn't start untill much later. Homer then replies that he doesn't want to go their for the game he wants to tale gate. Once there Homer and Bart start mooching off of their tale gating neighbors, Lisa who doesn't want anything to do with the rest of her family, decides to work on a school project and takes out her My Little Sony Camcorder and starts recording the tailgating party. The following day Lisa turns in her project to her A/V class teacher who has a hard time understanding Lisa's film and gets a less than average grade. Upset with her grade she goes to Principal Skinner to complain. She shows him the video and gets the meaning behind it and enjoys it. Skinner then goes off on a tangent about how he's always wanted to be a producer and has even written a few scripts. February 20 1992. -8F13 - Homer at the Bat

Homer shaves a Bat out of wood the was hit by lighting for the upcoming Springfield Nuclear Power Plant softball season. When using the bat he hits multiple home runs. With the team making it to the championship game. Mr. Burns makes a large bet that the team will win and brings in nine ringers from the big leagues to ensure his success. Roger Clemens, Wade Boggs, Ken Griffey Jr, Steve Sax, Ozzie Smith, José Canseco, Don Mattingly, Darryl Strawberry and Mike Scioscia all guest starred as themselves, playing the ringers Mr. Burns hired for the softball game against Shelbyville. more...
