Worth-A-Try Burger was a burger restaurant owned by Augustus Redfield and Abraham Simpson.

History[edit]

When Gus and Abe were young adults, they owned Worth-A-Try Burger together. One day, Krusty bought a burger from them and was surprised by how quickly it was made. Gus told Krusty it was due to their Triple Patty Flipper, invented by him and Abe. However, the restaurant was struggling to attract customers. Krusty then started working for them to bring in more customers.

Krusty's comedy act worked well at first, but then he got greedy and started demanding more money. Gus and Abe threw Krusty out instead of giving him more money, Krusty then patented the Triple Patty Flipper and opened up Krusty Burger next to them, driving Worth-A-Try Burger out of business. Gus then vowed to one day get revenge on Krusty.

Years later, Gus and Abe reunited and Gus offered Abe a spot on the board of directors for his company, RedStar. When Gus took Abe and Lisa to his mansion, he revealed that he had gotten a replica of Worth-A-Try Burger built in one of the rooms. Gus and Abe then started making burgers there and gave them out to the family.

Behind the Laughter[edit]
